A mother was linked to prosecution for forcing her daughters aged 9 and 12 to have sex with men in exchange for money.

The woman was accused of trafficking in persons in the form of prostitution of others, with the aggravating circumstance that the crime was committed against minors.

In the acts that are imputed to Nora Alejandra "N", the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) accredited the probable participation of the woman in question.

According to the investigation folder, from November 2019 until February 2022, the now detained would have forced her two minor daughters to have sex with men in exchange for money.

According to the Mexican corporation, this happened at a home located in the Cerro del Marqués neighborhood, in the municipality of Valle de Chalco, as well as in various hotels located in the area.

After the FGJEM became aware of the facts, the respective investigation was initiated into the criminal act of trafficking in persons against both girls, aged 9 and 12, respectively.

The Public Prosecutor asked a judge to issue an arrest warrant against the possible suspect; judicial warrant that was granted and fulfilled by Investigative Police (PDI).

Nora Alejandra "N" was admitted to the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center of Chalco, where a judge, after reviewing the evidence collected and provided by the agent of the Public Prosecutor's Office, determined to initiate legal proceedings against her, in addition to establishing a period of two months for the closure of the complementary investigation and precautionary measure of preventive detention.
