The Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) scholarship initiative is a program that seeks to strengthen entrepreneurs who want to launch and promote their business ideas with the aim of contributing to the social and economic development of their territories.
Since its launch in 2015, more than 1,000 entrepreneurs in Latin America and the Caribbean have benefited from the scholarship plan by expanding their leadership and business experience. Through the YLAI Entrepreneurship Institute, fellows have accelerated the success of their commercial and social enterprises by expanding action plans they develop when they return to their home country.
