What are the differences between the Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra, Book3 Pro, and Book3 Pro 360?

 Samsung has unveiled several computers at Galaxy Unpacked 2023. The Ultra model is the one that promises the most in the first part of the year.

In addition to the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Book3 Ultra, Book3 Pro 360 and Book3 Pro computers. Let's take a look at its main features to get an idea of the target audience of each device and, if interested, which one best suits your needs.

Let's start with the Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 and Pro 16. Both teams differ in the diagonal of the screen: the 16-inch model is the one with a numeric keypad. Still, the design is thin and light. The 14-inch Galaxy Book3 Pro boasts a thickness of only 11.3 mm and a weight of 1.17 kg while the Pro 16 model is somewhat thicker and heavier with a thickness of 12.5 mm and reaches 1.56 kg.

The Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 has almost the same specifications of the Galaxy Book3 Pro 16, but with the difference of having a touch screen and the hinge that allows it to fold almost 360 degrees. On the rest, the equipment is thin with 12.8 mm and weighing 1.66 kg in the standard version and 1.71 kg with the 5G connectivity module.

The Galaxy Book3 360 is available in 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch FullHD displays, 13th generation Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD.

In almost all models, except the Book3 360, they have AMOLED screens in 16:10 format with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 pixels, 13th generation Intel Core processors (P series) and integrated Intel Iris Xe Gen12 graphics.

In terms of autonomy, the batteries are 63 Wh in the 14-inch model and 76 Wh in the 16-inch model. The charging adapter makes use of the aforementioned USB-C port and has a power of 65 W.

The Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra is 16.5 mm thick and weighs 1.79 kg. The OLED screen is 16 inches in 16:10 format, with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 pixels and supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is HDR 500 certified and audio quality is guaranteed with four AKG speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

In terms of the processor, there are the Core i7-13700H and Core i9-13900H options that come with NVIDIA RTX 4050 and NVIDIA RTX 4070 graphics cards. To this are added the 16 or 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and an M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD of up to 1 TB.
